Purposes of the treatment

The processing of personal data supplied by you as well as those inferred from navigation on the site www.ombar.it (in the following the Site) is directed to the achievement of the following purposes:

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Company's contact addresses involves the acquisition of the sender's contact data, needed to reply, as well as all the personal data included in the communications.

Storage and destruction

The data submitted by the user in order to request information will be kept for the time necessary for the management of the request made, without prejudice to the conservation obligations provided for by the regulations in force. At the end of the retention period provided for such data will be deleted immediately.

The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to investigate crimes by the judicial authorities).

Communication of personal data

Your data may be processed by the Company's internal staff.

Data transfer

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Rights of the interested party
